Information – Terms and Conditions

In placing an order with Pins & Ribbons you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. All purchases are subject to UK law.

Purchases

·          All prices quoted on the website are in £ and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%

·          All products can be ordered directly from the website using the shopping basket and online secure payment service.

·          Orders can also be placed by phone or email – see contact us for details.  

Returns

  • We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However, should you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in perfect condition in their original packaging at your expense.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.
  • Goods should be returned to Pins and Ribbons Returns Department, The Bungalows, Allens West Industrial Estate, Eaglescliffe, Cleveland, TS16 0DA
  • Postage and packaging costs are non refundable unless items are faulty.
  • Please obtain a proof of postage.
  • Pins & Ribbons is not responsible for returned items which fail to reach us.

Delivery

  • When you place an order with Pins and Ribbons we will your order via email.
  • If we have your items in stock we will dispatch them within 7 days of receiving payment. However, as some of our products are handmade please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
  • Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or our courier service. If your goods arrive in damaged packaging it is your responsibility to fully inspect before taking receipt of them.
  • Damaged or faulty goods must not be accepted or signed for and the courier should be informed of this fact, they will then be returned to us and we will make the necessary enquires with the courier as to the reason for this and resend a new order to you.
  • Our courier will deliver the goods to the address stated at the time of order.If you provide us with a telephone number at the time of order we will put this on the address label for the courier to contact you should they find you out at the time of delivery.  If there is no one available to accept delivery a call card will be left and it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery, if this is not done the goods will be returned to us and you will incur a further delivery charge if re-dispatched.

Delivery Charges

  • For delivery within the UK mainland we have two delivery charge of £5.95 or £2.95, this will be calculated at the checkout area based on the weight of the goods. For Highland ,Ireland, channel Islands and anywhere outside the UK mainland we will be happy to give a quotation for delivery.
  • Special/bespoke orders will be quoted delivery at time of order.

Portrayal of products

  • While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur in pattern design, colour ways and ribbons.
  • All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Availability

  • All items are subject to availability.
  • We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. We will offer alternative options or refund payment in full.

  • We are very keen to receive feedback from our customers. If you think we can improve any aspect of what we do or you would simply like to let us know how pleased you are with your Pins and Ribbons product we would like to hear from you.
